PHASE 2 : ART BRAND STRATEGY
We develop a bespoke art-related strategy for your company based on your key values, mission and clearly defined objectives. The strategy is developed in close dialogue with your team in order to fully respond to your budget and needs. Our expertise covers a wide-range of approaches, including limited edition products, venue design, events, sponsorship and partnerships.

While our extensive experience working directly with artists brings a unique understanding of their working processes and how to build successful collaborations.
PHASE 3 : PROJECT MANAGEMENT
ArtFlow brings expert knowledge in project management. We manage all aspects of artist relations and production of art work. Our team has worked on major events and art projects internationally. Once a strategy has been developed, choose our team to provide professional project management to execute the strategy to a top level. We work with your team to coordinate all aspects of the project and provide monthly reporting to inform stakeholders of progress.
